Tip - for printing out patterns
Instead of printing these patterns out on regular paper, go to your local scrapbooking store and get some cardstock instead!
Print these patterns out on the cardstock and your patterns are ready to cut out and use!
Is this a pattern you will use a LOT? Buy the shrink film plastic designed for inkjet printers (if your printer is an inkjet) , print out on that film, cut out and you have instant PERMANENT pattern templates!
Stay tuned for more tips!

Hi Laura Lynn,
Great website and Blog! I print my patterns out on card stock as you mentioned. For the ones I use a lot though, instead of printing them out on Ink Jet Shrink Film which can be a bit pricey, I use the clear inserts for 3 ring binders that are normally used to hold magazines, etc. You can also use the clear 3 ring binder inserts used to just separate subjects in your notebook which are a little thicker. You can find them very inexpensively at Staples or your local office supply store. First, I print my pattern out on card stock, then I put the clear insert over top and just trace and cut out. They last forever!!!
THANK you LIsa!!!! I didn't realize the ink would stick! That's AWESOME!
I want to make a GIANT teddy bear, one that could be used as a costume, but look like a normal teddy bear. What should I do about the pattern?
Hi Sare,
Sorry but I don't have any experience in costumes. You may ask Cat of the Raggy Rat, she does awesome costumes! Here's her blog address: http://raggyrat.blogspot.com/
Hi Laura Lynn, I love this bear. His features are so cute. I am trying to get info on making a memory bear and wonder if you have a pattern something like this bear only for 12-15 inches. The bears are so pricey to buy and I would like to make one for my sisters and grandchildren so buying them is out of my reach. Any suggestions. Thanks Deb
